• Store Communication & Report Monitoring: Check store reports via Telegram and Email, following up on
critical issues to ensure a smooth handoff for the morning shift.
• POS & Data Backup Verification: Verify and execute daily POS and D-Drive secondary backups on store
level backup servers.
• Real-Time Technical Support: Provide daily hardware and software troubleshooting for Head Office and
branch store operations during the evening shift.
• ESET Endpoint Threat Management: Review ESET dashboard threat logs, deploy agent signature updates,
and verify active real-time protection across all endpoint nodes.
• Malware & Backdoor Protection: Initiate ESET quick scans and network device scans to prevent
unauthorized payload execution or backdoor access.
2. Half-Monthly Security & Infrastructure Audits
• Security Access Audit: Monitor and log USB insertions, failed login attempts, administrator login attempts,
and firewall alerts.
• Active Directory & Access Control Review: Audit user shared drive permissions and review Group Policy
Objects (GPO) for each Organizational Unit (OU) in Active Directory.
• Network & Hardware Health Review: Backup wireless Access Point (AP) configurations and conduct
performance health checks.
• Comprehensive Endpoint Scanning: Perform ESET full-system scans across drives (C: and D:) and conduct
network port reviews to close security vulnerabilities.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Drills: Execute routine disaster recovery backup and restoration tests for branch
file information and POS database systems.
• Operational Planning & Training: Prepare IT training video materials for store staff and research new IT
infrastructure optimization strategies.
3. Monthly Maintenance & System Optimization
• POS & Scale Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of print heads on cashier POS receipt
printers and CAS barcode label scales to ensure crisp print clarity.
• Monthly Software Renewal Routines: Execute monthly Zed import renewal processes via Virtual Machines
(VMs) at each store location.
• Hardware Health & Handoff Reporting: Monitor site computer hardware health and submit detailed
reporting to morning IT for repairs or replacements.
• Software Compliance & Storage Optimization: Review software whitelist compliance, deploy approved
updates, and manage disk space utilization across servers and clients.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in system administrator role / Network administrator role / IT technical roles (Cyber Security)
• Key Skills:
o Knowledge and understanding of networking, routers, and Windows OS administration.
o Knowledge of endpoint protection, user access controls, firewall policies, and system security best practices.
o Troubleshooting hardware (desktop PCs, printers, POS systems, scanners).
o Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work evening shifts.
