• - Improve and optimize plant material movement to support the production process while reducing no of touch points.
• - Standardize processes with the support of department teams and finalized SOPs.
• - Train TMS , Executive and above staff of the plants on lean concepts (5S / Quality tools / Problem solving
• - Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with plant teams through carryout process improvement
• activities.
• - Conduct Process improvement activities on identified bottle neck to support production
• teams to achieve plant KPIs.
• - Conduct Brainstorming sessions/Process mapping activities to improve the existing Process.
• - Establish Kaizen & Suggestion Culture within the plant and sustain.
• - Establish Plant problem solving policy and sustain.
• - Conduct Problem solving sessions with the involvement of department teams and improve problem solving culture within the Plant.
• - Convert manual data into digital dashboards to support quick decision making.
• - Lead plant 5s Project with the support of plant teams and improve & benchmark plant 5S.
• - Standardize Plant Visual boards and establish internal management system for visual controls.
• - Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Science / Data Analysis / Computer Science /Statistics.
• - Diploma or Advanced Certificate course on Computer applications –Advanced Data analysis using Excel / Power BI/Power App.
• - Experience working in a cross-functional environment and leading teams through change initiatives.
• - Strong understanding of data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Minitab, or similar software).
• - Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
• - Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience identifying root causes of inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions.
• - Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategy for process improvement aligned with the organization’s goals.
