Supervise daily student affairs operations and ensure student well-being.
Manage student discipline, attendance, and behavior in line with school policies.
Support student activities, events, and leadership programs.
Communicate with parents, teachers, and staff regarding student matters.
Lead and mentor the Student Affairs team to maintain a positive learning environment.
Prepare reports and recommend improvements to student support services.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Student Affairs, Education, or School Administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of student development and school policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
Good command of English; able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
