• Implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to boost hospital visibility and attract new patients.
• Follow up with key existing partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Work closely with clinical operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including local businesses, healthcare providers, and service organizations.
• Organize community outreach programs and health fairs to promote services and educate the public on health issues.
• Design programs and initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage patient feedback and online reviews to improve the hospital's reputation.
• Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Utilize data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management on marketing performance, including metrics related to patient acquisition and brand awareness.
• Use findings to make data-driven decisions for future marketing activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience, experience in healthcare, or life sciences is plus
• Proven success in designing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
