• Ensure all food orders are prepared accurately, meeting quality, presentation, and safety standards
• Clean all used kitchen equipment at the end of the shift
• Maintain a well-stocked station with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service starts (mise en place)
• Monitor inventory levels and report on items requiring reordering
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during shift handover
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef when needed
• Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely completion of food orders
• Prepare the kitchen workspace before the Head Chef arrives
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
• Proficiency in knife skills (cutting, chopping, mixing)
• Ability to prepare sauces and dressings according to recipes
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Able to work in Chroy Changvar Area
• Day&Time: 6:30am-8:30pm
• Willing to work longer.
