Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Build strong relationships with dealers and customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports to management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of the Cambodian market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Location : Sensok
Working days : Mon to Sat
Working hours : 7:30am to 5:30pm
