• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with dealers and customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular sales reports to management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the Cambodian market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Location : Sensok
• Working days : Mon to Sat
• Working hours : 7:30am to 5:30pm
