- Inspect raw materials, steel wire production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing according to company specifications and procedures.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, or deviations.
- Record inspection results and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly QC reports.
- Ensure steel wire products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
- Work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve quality problems.
- Investigate the root causes of defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and calibrate QC inspection tools and equipment as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality inspection records.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Perform other quality control duties assigned by management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in QC, preferably in a steel, metal, wire, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of steel wire production processes and quality inspection is an advantage.
- Familiarity with quality standards, inspection methods, and basic measurement tools.
- Able to identify product defects and analyze quality problems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
