• • Prepare a variety of milk tea beverages according to store recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and quality for every drink served.
• • Ensure that ingredients such as tea leaves, milk, sugar, and toppings are properly stored, measured, and prepared for use throughout the day.
• • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu when necessary.
• • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following health and safety guidelines, cleaning equipment, and managing waste.
• • Monitor beverage quality and presentation, ensuring drinks meet store standards and customer expectations.
• • Assist with restocking ingredients, toppings, and supplies, and notify the supervisor of any inventory needs.
• • Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth store operations and ensure fast service.
• • Ensure your workstation is organized and stocked with necessary supplies, contributing to an efficient workflow during peak hours.

• • Previous experience in food and beverage preparation, particularly in a milk tea or similar setting, is preferred.
• • Passion for making beverages and a love for the milk tea culture.
• • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality.
• • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
