- Market Expansion: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients (perfume brands, soap manufacturers, cosmetic producers, and local SME workshops).
- Client Relationship: Visit prospective and existing clients regularly to maintain strong business relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Consultation: Provide technical advice to clients on fragrance ingredients, applications, and trends.
- Sales Target: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales visit reports and forecast orders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or outdoor sales (experience in chemicals, cosmetics, or raw materials is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license and a private vehicle (crucial for outdoor role).
