-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the carbon credit market.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Promote carbon credit solutions and sustainability projects.
-Conduct market research and identify potential project opportunities.
-Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
-Coordinate with technical and project teams to support project development.
-Achieve sales and business development targets.
-Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or carbon/sustainability projects is preferred.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of carbon markets, ESG, or climate-related projects is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
-Good command of English and Khmer (spoken and written).
-Willingness to travel within Cambodia when required.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
