- Linen Management: Change bed linens, make beds efficiently, and replace used towels with fresh, clean ones.
- Amenities Stocking: Replenish room supplies and guest amenities (e.g., toiletries, coffee, bottled water, minibar items).
- Cart Maintenance: Organize and restock the housekeeping cart at the start and end of every shift.
- Reporting: Promptly report any room damages, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly in corridors and fulfill special guest requests (e.g., extra pillows or blankets) promptly.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is welcome.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness, ensuring no spot, smudge, or dust is left behind.
