- Team Leadership & Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth delivery of payroll inputs, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for diverse automotive roles, including sales consultants, technical engineers, and corporate staff, to support brand expansion.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace grievances, and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the annual and probationary performance appraisal cycles, supporting managers with goal setting and performance improvement plans.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR policies, employment contracts, and workplace practices strictly comply with local labor laws and global corporate standards.
- Training & Development: Identify training gaps across departments and coordinate product, technical, or customer-service training schedules.

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior specialist role. Experience in the automotive retail, EV, or fast-paced consumer tech industries is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, statutory regulations, and modern HR best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to communicate confidently with both frontline dealership staff and corporate leadership.
- Tools: Proficient in using modern HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking software, and standard office suites (Excel/Data tools).
