- Teach Khmer language and Khmer culture to students following the school's curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding students' academic performance.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Khmer Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (International School experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of the Khmer curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English communication skills are a plus.
- Passionate, patient, responsible, and committed to student development.
