- Infrastructure Management: Oversee, configure, and maintain the company’s networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers, and hardware devices (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, CCTV).
- System Support: Manage and troubleshoot internal systems, particularly inventory, POS, or ERP systems used for tracking furniture accessories.
- Data Security & Backup: Implement and monitor data backup protocols, firewall management, and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive business data.
- Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to internal staff, resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- IT Procurement & Planning: Assist management in sourcing IT equipment, managing vendor relationships, and planning future technology upgrades.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration (experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, firewalls) and Windows/Linux Server environments.
- Familiarity with ERP software, database management (SQL), or inventory/warehouse management systems.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a highly responsible, self-motivated attitude.
- Language: Proficiency in Khmer and English (Chinese language skills are a plus, depending on ownership)
