- Manage and develop sales in Modern Trade channels (supermarkets, minimarts, and convenience stores).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution in stores.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product distribution.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit regular sales reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in FMCG or Modern Trade channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations and merchandising standards.
- Able to work independently and travel to assigned outlets.
