-Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients to promote and sell company products/services.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
-Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
-Support negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales service.
-Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
-Japanese language proficiency (N3–N2 level or higher preferred).
-Good communication skills in English (Khmer is a plus).
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is an advantage.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
-Willing to work in Phnom Penh and occasionally travel if required.
