-Lead and manage the car sales team to achieve monthly targets
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales
-Oversee customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities
-Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
-Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-3–5+ years experience in sales, preferably in automotive industry
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
-Good understanding of car market and customer behavior
-Basic English communication is an advantage
