-Support sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
-Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
-Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
-Follow up with customers regarding orders, documents, and payments
-Maintain accurate sales records and update reports
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
-1–2 years experience in admin, sales support, or logistics preferred
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
-Detail-oriented and well-organized
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Basic English communication (written and spoken)
