- Provide nursing care and medical support to patients at home.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and record progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist patients with daily living activities when required.
- Educate patients and family members on proper healthcare practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license/certificate.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience is a plus).
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy.
- Able to travel within Phnom Penh for home visits.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
