- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Assist in demonstrating network security solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on product information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain product documentation and technical materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (network
engineering focus preferred)
• Support sales team in identifying customer technical requirements.
• Design and propose network/IT solutions for SMB customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, BOM (Bill of Materials), and solution proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and PoC.
• Work with vendors sourcing spec and costing inside sale to prepare the proposal
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation on networking, security, wireless, IT
requirements.
• Perform solution sizing, compatibility checks, and basic network design.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer budget and technical requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and networking/security products
• Knowledge of enterprise and SMB solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Meraki, etc.).
