- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain files, manage inventory of office supplies, and handle internal/external documentation.
- Team Coordination: Lead and support junior administrative staff, ensuring clear communication across sales, operations, and event setup teams.
- Vendor & Billing Management: Process invoices, monitor administrative expenses, and coordinate payments with suppliers and vendors.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly administrative reports for management and ensure the venue complies with internal policies and local regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or office management (experience in hospitality, event venues, or wedding halls is a big plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and excellent organizational skills.
- High responsibility, strong problem-solving abilities, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment.
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days per week)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
