- Field Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and visit new factory owners, contractors, and furniture businesses to introduce and pitch our accessory products.
- Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with existing clients to secure repeat orders, gather product feedback, and resolve any supply issues.
- Market Feedback: Identify market trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activities in the field to help optimize our sales strategies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive field sales visits and product demonstrations.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or B2B sales (experience in building materials, hardware, or furniture industries is highly preferred).
- Mobility: Must possess your own transportation (car or motorbike) and a valid driver's license to facilitate daily client visits.
- Key Traits: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors independently.
