- Plan and organize production schedules.
- Manage daily production operations and workforce.
- Monitor production performance and productivity.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality teams.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and company policies.
- Reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of production/manufacturing experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
