• Manage stationery and site equipments of the company
• Manage the records of staff absent/holiday and site schedules
• Manage accommodation & transportation for staff/guest
• Payroll calculation for local staff and internal payment process
• Manage suppliers’ contract and staffs contract renewal
• Handle ministry filling compliance such monthly NSSF, MLVT system (LACMS, FWCMS,SICMS)
and MOC system on annual declarations (ADCE).
• Knowledge of recruitment, job posting, interview and final selection
• Settle necessary paperwork for onboarding and termination staff
• Assist to General Manager’s activities
• Education and experience:
o Female, max 30 years old
o Graduate of English literature/ Business Administrator or any related fields.
o At least 1-2 year working experience in a comparable position
• Key skill and knowledge
o Punctual, honesty and ability to work individually and as a part team and work under
pressure
o Good attitude and interpersonal and flexible
o Good English both speaking and writing
