- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee engineering projects, including installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and contractor performance.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop team capabilities through training and performance management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, utilities, and production equipment.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in English; Khmer is a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CMMS/ERP systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
