- Source and purchase goods/materials from local suppliers
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase orders (PO)
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Arrange transportation and track deliveries
- Handle logistics documents (invoices, delivery notes, receipts)
- Work closely with sales/operations team to meet demand
- Maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics is a plus
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word; accounting systems is a plus)
- Attention to detail and good organization skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Basic English communication (reading/writing)
- Knowledge of local suppliers and routes in Phnom Penh is an advantage
